Weekend Sales Assistant
As weekend sales assistant you will need to be able to work unsupervised
and have good communication skills. The role will require a good deal of
customer interaction including registering prospective buyers and sellers,
arranging viewings, valuation and mortgage appointments. Computer literacy
is preferred however full training will be provided. |
Branch Administrator
Good administrative experience is essential for this integral position as
the branch will rely totally on your support to this ensure the seamless
presentation expected by our customers. The ability to work under pressure
and meet demanding deadlines are a pre requisite as is an eye for detail.
Typing and IT experience is essential. |
Trainee Sales or lettings Negotiator
Looking to make a start in this vibrant industry, then we can help. NO
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Ambition, self motivation, and confidence are
typical qualities we are looking for. You will need a driver?s license and
plenty of enthusiasm. |
Sales or lettings Negotiator
This role is suitable for a dynamic salesperson who is looking to further
their sales career in the ever changing property market. This position
offers a diverse job role with the focus on delivering outstanding results
through excellent customer service. Determination, self motivation and a
will to succeed will be part of your natural make up. |
Senior Sales or lettings Negotiator
A proven track record as a successful Negotiator will be your foundation
for this position. With an eye to the future aiming to become an assistant
manager this role is a key stepping stone on the way to running your own
branch. A good understanding of the sales process aswell as excellent
commercial awareness is important as is a responsible attitude. |
Sales Coordinator
A pivotal role within the office you will be the face of Field Palmer.
This position requires great customer service, an outgoing personality and
as much energy as possible. Registering clients, arranging viewings, diary
management, booking valuations, the list is endless; this office based role
requires good organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. |
Sales Progressor
From start to finish you are the point of contact for both buyer and
seller once the sale has been agreed. With a considerable case load this
busy role will put challenging demands upon your time management skills,
however with your ability to work under pressure this should be no problem.
Your role will include dealing with estate agents, banks, building
societies, mortgage brokers and solicitors but to name a few. Applications
should come from people with an estate agency/mortgage processing or
conveyancing background. |
Assistant Manager
Reliable, responsible and able to motivate the team. You will work closely
with the manager and he or she will look to you for support and rely on you
in their absence. The role requires the ability to achieve personal and
office targets and objectives.
A proven track record in this position will be the beginning of your move
to running your own branch. |
Branch Manager
Demanding, challenging and most importantly rewarding, this position can
be extremely fulfilling but requires a real tenacity and steadfast approach
to ensure that the branch achieves it?s weekly, monthly and annual targets.
You must be able to do a bit of everything, conduct valuations and
viewings where necessary, progress a sale if required, negotiate offers, in
short whatever it takes.
Most importantly you must be able to make sure you team do it aswell. |
